Yes. Monthly and annual plans start with a 7-day free trial that includes every feature: unlimited boards and users, branding, custom domains, API, webhooks, and integrations. You add a card at checkout and aren't charged until the trial ends; cancel any time before then and you won't pay anything.

Yes. Point a custom domain at your feedback board for a branded experience. Custom domains are included on all paid plans.

You can embed in three ways: a floating widget (one script tag), a full board iframe, or a compact submit form iframe. Snippets for React, Next.js, Vue, Nuxt, Svelte, Angular, and more are in the embed docs.

There's no one-click importer yet. On Pro, you can bring existing posts in with the REST API, which creates posts on any of your boards.

If you keep your plan, nothing changes and your card is charged. If you cancel, your boards become read-only: everything stays visible, but nobody can post, vote, or comment until you subscribe again. Nothing is deleted.
